Field Trip is officially split into two distinct companies. We will be continuing to evolve Field Trip with the TSX Venture Exchange as Field Trip Health & Wellness Ltd. (TSXV: FTHW). Our sister company, Reunion Neuroscience, will focus on psychedelic drug research and development. Reunion will remain on the NASDAQ (Nasdaq: REUN).

Ronan Levy will lead Field Trip H&W as Chief Executive Officer and Mujeeb Jafferi will serve as President. Mr. Levy currently serves as Executive Chairman, and Mr. Jafferi serves as Chief Operating Officer, of Field Trip Health Ltd., respectively.

The addition of the word ‘wellness’ to our company name highlights not only our commitment to healing through psychedelic-assisted therapies but also, our vision for the future.

Our goal is to help even more people improve their well-being and find the wonder, joy, and fulfillment in their lives.

Ronan added, “Upon completion of the Transaction, our focus will shift to scaling access so that anyone seeking treatment can safely, consciously and responsibly access psychedelic therapies. This new focus will reduce capital requirements, maximize the impact of our existing twelve locations, support new people through the launch of Field Trip at Home™ and better leverage our digital tools to reach a much larger audience."
